The role of SkilledMatchUSA is limited to website information, call routing, matching support, and referral related activity.

How Matching Works

Independent providers control their own services, pricing, estimates, scheduling, availability, employees, subcontractors, equipment, insurance, credentials, licenses, warranties, and work practices.

SkilledMatchUSA does not supervise provider work and does not control how a provider performs the requested service.

Your Agreement With a Provider

If you hire a provider, your contract or service arrangement is with that provider. The provider may set its own scope of work, price, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, payment terms, materials, timeline, warranties, and dispute process. Read and understand any estimate, invoice, authorization, or service agreement before approving work.

No Availability Guarantee

The existence of a service page, state page, city page, near me page, or call button does not guarantee that service is available in that location at the time you call. Provider coverage areas and capacity can change. A provider may decline a project, fail to answer, be unavailable, stop serving an area, or determine that a request is outside its scope.

No Pricing Guarantee

SkilledMatchUSA does not set or guarantee provider prices. Estimates, quotes, trip charges, emergency fees, deposits, parts, labor, disposal charges, permit charges, cancellation fees, payment terms, and final invoices are handled between you and the provider unless a specific program clearly states otherwise.

Any cost information on the website is informational only and should not be treated as a binding offer from SkilledMatchUSA or from any provider.

Licensing, Insurance and Credentials

You are responsible for checking whether a provider has the license, insurance, bonding, permits, certifications, experience, and qualifications needed for your project. Referral Compensation

Referral compensation does not make SkilledMatchUSA the contractor or a party to your provider agreement.
